Hineini Nature Observation Maps

In this session we will practice mindfulness in nature through the practice of sitting in the woods and recording the things we notice. We will spend our time attuning our attention to the natural world and then creating visual representations of where we are in the vast world of sounds, sights, and smells of nature.
