Leadership Responsibilities:
• To provide guidance, feedback, and support to your staff
• Create sense of group cohesion
• Lead edah meetings during staff training, the camp day and hadracha
• Work as general part of leadership team, benefitting all of camp
Group (Kevutza) Responsibilities:
• To supervise the health, safety and personal belongings of campers
• To help your group (kevutza) move from place to place in a timely manner
• To plan and carry out activities for your camper group (kevuzta)
• Work with Yoetz(et) to help manage camper behavior
• To foster camper-to-camper interaction
Responsibilities during Activities:
• To actively participate in all camp activities throughout the day with your campers
• Serve as a role model (doog-ma) for campers
• Incorporate Jewish values and Jewish learning naturally in the day whenever possible
• Use as much Hebrew as possible throughout the day
• Attend and actively participate in all staff training (hadracha) meetings. There are: four night time meetings, and meetings throughout the camp week during
