B’nai B’rith Camp seeks a dynamic, experienced Assistant Director – Community Care and Inclusion to guide B’nai B’rith Camp’s inclusive systems, specifically overseeing campers and staff care and well-being of the diverse BB Camp community. The position focuses on implementing innovative inclusive practices that align with BB Camp’s mission and continue to assist in providing excellent experiences to all of our community members.

The Assistant Director – Community Care and Inclusion is responsible for camper recruitment, screening, intake and orientation, case management, program development and implementation, caring for the well-being of campers and staff, evaluation and intervention, developing and implementation of MESH and inclusion staff training, parent communication, reporting, record keeping, and information collection.

The position will be joining the overnight summer camp team which, in recent years has significantly increased its’ number of program offerings and participants. This team is currently working to creatively expand in programmatic areas and increase the amount of kids we are engaging. It is an exciting time at BB Camp, as we are continuing to grow while we celebrate our 100th year anniversary and this position is an excellent opportunity to be part of that success.

The Assistant Director will report to the Overnight Camp Director and work closely and collaboratively with the organization’s staff members, campers, parents, volunteers, and alumni. Many of our year-round staff, our board members, and our volunteers are alumni of our program who are passionate about the future success of our overnight summer camp program and our emerging year-round programs. Compensation

37,000 - 40,000
