The Program Director serves as the face of Camp Mogul to our students, parents, staff, and venue partners. It’s a critical role with significant responsibility; the ideal candidate is a dynamic and enthusiastic leader, coach, and teacher.

Qualifications & Commitment:
•Teaching prepared lessons that walk students through our curriculum.
•Managing the process of having 15-20 students launch their own small businesses in five days while working in teams.
•Lead off-site field trips to business ventures.
•Working with students on presenting skills, communication, brainstorming sessions, teamwork, and marketing.
•Coordinating with our point of contact at our venue partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
•Documenting process through blog posts and photos to share with parents.
•Ensuring success for students and our “Sharks” during the final pitch presentations.
•Assisting in program planning based on pre-arranged educational/recreational themes.
•Guiding campers in participation of all activities.
•Supervising campers and activities at all times.
•Adapting programs to include all campers.
•Providing emotional support and encouragement to campers.
•Working as part of a team.
•Assisting in tidying up after activities.
•Collecting feedback to improve program each week


Commitment of 4 weeks (includes one week of training – dates TBD)
o Camp Weeks: June 1-June 5, July 13-July 17, and July 20-24

The ideal candidate is someone with a teaching background who is comfortable with organized chaos as groups may be working on the same project but at different speeds. The program instructor is in charge of making sure all students feel successful in their Camp Mogul venture.
