-Calendar and booking trips
-planning logistics and staffing of camp open house and orientation
-being in touch with all specialty staff (tzevet anafim) and ordering supplies
-ordering t shirts, backpacks, office and medical supplies, etc.
-direct plugah (maintenance staff) members
-special events arrangements
-accounting (Wave)
-reimbursements, checks, lockbox
-inventory and upkeep of stockroom
Compensation
5-8K + tuitionsRequirements
-5 hours/week in off season (March-June) -9am-6pm and occasional late nights during camp season (June-August) -must be very organized and thrive amid camp chaos -experience in office management -ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner (verbal and written communication) -strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability -collaborative team player -familiarity and experience with computers and Google AppsHow to Apply
