Sunday, December 4th 

Reconnect with the field of Jewish Camp when FJC Leaders Assembly kicks off at 2:00pm! Your first day at Leaders Assembly includes a conference kick-off, the first of several breakout sessions programmed around 9 different tracks, Powerful Possibilities sessions which feature actionable learning from the field, and plenty of time for reconnecting with old friends and meeting new colleagues. Enjoy dinner on your own around Atlanta before making your way back to the Westin Peachtree for an evening Dessert Reception and evening entertainment.    

 

Monday, December 5th 

This day is filled from morning to night with opportunities for learning from camp colleagues and experts from around the world with additional breakout sessions, an exploration of Innovation across the field of Jewish Camp, and Possibilities in Action facilitated sessions which pair external expertise, learning from peers, and a model to bring innovation tools back home as you address the biggest challenges facing your organization In addition to the many workshop options, make sure to check out the Kikar – Leaders Assembly’s community gathering spot to network with camp professionals, visit the expo hall, and explore wellness activities and resources. Join together with the entire field to address some of the most pressing issues and opportunities of our field – and close out the evening at the Georgia Aquarium for a celebration of the field of Jewish Camp and 25 years of FJC, hosted by The Marcus Foundation.

 

Tuesday, December 6th 

Following a plenary session, our Tuesday programming offers the opportunity to dive deep on one topic. In the fall, attendees will be able to select from options which will range from on-site bootcamps and trainings to off-site Atlanta experiences packed with insights that you can take back to your camp/organization to site visits to area camps. No matter what you choose – you’ll be in for a treat! Most Tuesday activities will end by 3pm ET with the exception of visits to local camps which will end later in the afternoon.
