Sparks is a WhatsApp-based professional development program delivering bite-sized learning to summer camp counselors in real time, right where they already are.
Organized into topic-based WhatsApp channels, Sparks weaves together Jewish values, youth development, and practical counselor skills, helping ongoing growth feel natural, relevant, and accessible during a busy summer.
Counselors can search the groups for advice, post questions, and receive feedback and suggestions connected to the real challenges they are facing in camp. New content will be shared a few times each week.
To honor the power of a screen-free camp experience for campers and counselors, this WhatsApp community is designed as a tool for counselors to use at the end of their long days of hands-on work with their campers.
