Camp Davis has been a Nashville summer tradition for over 90 years! We encourage children to be themselves, embody our Jewish values, and experience the joy of being part of something bigger. At Camp Davis, we welcome campers ages 5-16 for an amazing summer filled with friendship, laughter, and ruach (spirit).
We offer both traditional camp experiences and specialty tracks. Our traditional camp represents the foundation of all Camp Davis summer programming, while our specialty tracks offer campers a more focused opportunity to explore specific areas of interest.
*We welcome transgender, intersex, non-binary and gender-non conforming campers

Meet The Director
Max O'Dell
Hi y'all! I'm Max O'Dell, the Director of Camp Davis, and I'm excited to start my fifth summer here at the Gordon JCC. I began working at camps when I was 16, and this will be my sixteenth summer in the camping world. I've spent the last ten years working professionally in this industry, and I still think there's nothing better than helping campers grow, explore, and have fun. When I'm not at camp, I'm usually geeking out over Star Wars or finding time to go white-water rafting. I can't wait for another amazing summer!
