Building a Pipeline to Camp: UJA Toronto

Learning from a successful initiative started in Toronto, this presentation from Leaders Assembly 2018 delves into the pipeline strategy to build campership. Starting from a young age UJA Toronto introduced a series of programs to slowly introduce children and families to overnight camp, then progressively move them into more intensive experiences in order to build a camper pipeline. Session participants were exposed to an interesting and innovative model of growing the pool of potential campers.
