Camp is non-stop and often we feel there is no time to actually do what we need to do! In this session we will have time to share strategies and learn some new ones that use traditional and non-traditional techniques. We will talk about how to set “me” time, stick to a schedule among all the noise of camp, and use the time we do have between responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
