M³ (Making Meaningful Moments) – Wednesday, June 7th, 7:00-8:30 pm EST

As part of the Jewish Coaching Project, funded by UJA-Federation of New York, Foundation for Jewish Camp offered a special training session for staff from seven camps.

All learning comes from experience, but not all experiences lead to learning. What makes the difference between an experience that leads to meaning and one that just falls flat, or worse, leads to misunderstanding? This specialty track will help you develop a theory of experiential education and concrete tools that will enable you to create meaningful experiences for your campers that lead to learning that lasts (a.k.a awesome programs!).
