In this specialty track, we will explore themes around mental health and wellness at camp in the context of staff, the camp community, and campers. We will learn and discuss concepts and tools for navigating emotions and coping at camp. Together we can find empowering ways to support different aspects around mental health and wellness for this summer and beyond.
