Self Care Weekly Bingo Board

How can we promote self care among our staff teams? By making self care a priority for our leadership and keeping each other accountable. This Self Care Weekly Bingo Board can be used to foster some healthy competition, both between individuals and against ourselves, in the journey towards some self care time. Give a small prize (or bragging rights) to those who complete a diagonal, row, or column, and an extra treat for anyone who fills their entire bingo board!
