Shakshuka Shake-Up

Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people. But the Jewish people is made up of, well, a lot of different people. In this session, we’ll learn how the Morrocan, Syrian, Greek, and Iraqi communities put their own spin on this classic Israeli dish as we better understand stories of Israeli ethnic minorities that rarely get surfaced in the Jewish American Cannon.
