Temperature Check: Anger Management Tools for Youth

Description

Anger is a normal emotion everyone feels at times. Changes in routine, missing home, and social pressures are common camp scenarios that can bring up issues related to anger. Anger management is the process of learning of to recognize signs of anger and taking action to relax, cope, and problem solve in positive ways. This training will allow participants create a toolbox to help campers (and staff) successfully cope with anger and frustration that might come up in camp settings.
