Elevate Workshop: Gender, Power, & Sex

While activists, artists, experts, and more have long been working to confront and eradicate misuses of power and breaches of consent, in the past several years industries, organizations, and communities worldwide have joined the frontlines in reexamining our collective and individual relationships to gender, power, and sex. In an effort to elevate this topic at camp, we will explore the personal, interpersonal, and communal ways we understand and negotiate consent both at camp and in our lives at large. The goal of this session is to feel empowered and equipped in how we support every member of our camp community, including ourselves, towards feeling authentic, safe, and whole.
