ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SMALL COMMUNITY INCENTIVE GRANTS:
First Year Grants:
- $1,500 grants for campers enrolled for 19+ consecutive days
- $1,000 grants for campers enrolled for 12-18 consecutive days
Second Year Returning Grants:
- $1,500 grants for campers enrolled for 19+ consecutive days
- $1,000 grants for campers enrolled for 12-18 consecutive days
- Campers must be entering grades 1-12 (after camp)
- If the camper previously attended camp for fewer than 12 days, the camper is still eligible
- Camper is living in a Jewish community of fewer than 10,000 Jews

Geographic areas and population size are determined in partnership with Jewish Federations of North America. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PJ LIBRARY GRANTS:
First-Time Camper Grants:
- Current or former PJ Library subscribers (or the sibling of a current or former PJ Library subscriber) who was enrolled in PJ Library on or before September 1, 2025
- Resident of the United States or Canada
- $1,000 grants for campers enrolled for 19+ consecutive days
- $700 grants for campers enrolled for 12–18 consecutive days
- Camper must be entering grades 1–12 (after camp)
- If camper previously attended camp for fewer than 12 days, the camper is still eligible
- Applicants must include a valid 2026 PJ Library access code in their application. Access codes will be emailed to eligible subscriber families beginning in mid-November 2025.

What is your definition of special needs?
The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles defines special needs as intellectual or developmental disabilities and physical impairments, such as autism spectrum disorder/Asperger’s, blindness, Down syndrome, hearing impairments, and seizures. This definition includes ADHD campers only if the camper requires extra staff support or accommodations to be successful at camp.
ORANGE COUNTY ONE HAPPY CAMPER®
