Meet The Director
Brad Cohen
Brad (he/him): A passionate advocate for Jewish outdoor education and earth-based Judaism, Brad is dedicated to building an intentional camp community that enriches the Jewish journeys of campers, staff, and families alike. With a wealth of experience as a Jewish educator, he has held senior programmatic roles at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation and Temple Emanuel-Denver.
Brad is known for his innovative programming, including Family Jewish Outdoor Education, a thrilling teen hiking adventure on the Appalachian Trail, and a transformative Food Justice tour of the Shenandoah Valley. When he’s not creating enriching experiences, you’ll find him exploring nature, hiking, or enjoying board games with his three adventurous kids—Elie, Zev, and Livy—during the offseason.
