BB Day Camp Portland and Youth Programs provide meaningful and memorable experiences within a safe and nurturing community to build life-long friendships and deepen Jewish identity. Our age-appropriate and youth-centered programs inspire confidence, encourage self-expression, and build an inclusive and welcoming community. BB Day Camp and Youth Programs provide opportunities for children to experience camp in the city, discover new interests, and explore Portland in a new way. Our team of well-trained counselors and staff are carefully selected based on their abilities and love for working with children, skills in supervision, leadership, and positive role modeling.

Camp Ga’avah (PRIDE) is a day camp for LGBTQ day camp for ages 6-17. Allies are welcome too. We are a safe space that is open to all including, gender fluid, gender creative and gender questioning. We run as a traditional camp model at the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds in Wheatley Heights, NY. There is swimming, specialties, and discussion groups daily. The staff is sensitive to the needs of LGBTQ youth. We also continue with year round programs virtually and in person.

Experience the best of BBYO in the summer with leadership opportunities, fun with friends, discovering new interests, community building and service, exploration and adventure, and meaningful Jewish connections. Our one-of-a-kind summer experiences take place in the US, Israel, Europe, Central and South America, Africa, and Asia. We have options for teens of all ages and experiences that range from 12 days to 6 weeks. Whether at camp, on an outdoor journey, or in a new country, a BBYO summer is an experience to remember with friends you’ll never forget.

Camp Bauercrest is a traditional overnight sports camp for boys located in Amesbury, Massachusetts, about 40 miles north of Boston, on the shores of beautiful Lake Attitash. We are a non-profit camp, led by an independent Board of Directors. The camp was founded in 1931.

Bauercrest offers a safe, enjoyable and meaningful camping experience for every camper. Our goal is to build a boy’s identity and self-esteem through the commonly held values of Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Acceptance and Resilience (our S.T.A.R. principles).
