Camp as a Reality Show? Managing Expectations for Summer Communication

In 2015, almost 1 in 10 wants daily communication about their child and almost 1 in 3 want daily communication about the camp. Hear from camps that are doing a particularly good job in preparing their parents for what they can realistically expect – their established expectations, how and when these expectations are communicated, and then, how these camps deliver what was promised.
