Don’t Call it a Conflict, It’s Been There for Years

Each hour feels like a day, each day a week and a full summer can make a twenty-year-old counselor’s hair go gray. In all of that intensity, we know one thing for sure: Conflict will happen. You can’t avoid it. The more aware we are of what our conflicts are rooted in, the more capable we are at navigating our way through them. In this session, we will explore our own triggers and how they drive our conflict styles. We will gain strategies to help us manage these triggers and skillfully respond to conflict head on.
