How to “Win” at Cornerstone: Sharing Responsibility, and Measuring Success

The rules of ga-ga may be well-defined, but what defines “success” when it comes to running a program, creating a bunk dynamic, or “winning” at dinner? What does it mean that you’re the “Cornerstone fellow” and someone else is not, or that your title is “junior counselor” or “Rosh whatever”? Well, it sort of means a lot… and also nothing.
