Working With Teens: Leading Leaders

Members from Gen Z, like Greta Thunberg and Malala Yousafzai, are redefining how we understand what it means to be a “leader.” This track will examine unique qualities defining Gen Z (i.e. this generation of teen campers), identify skills to help them become leaders, and explore practical tools to build and nurture them to become impactful leaders at camp and beyond.
