Tranquillity has been a special place full of compassion, family traditions, and endless but flexible activities for more than one hundred years. Our unspoiled, 1,200-acre property in the beautiful foothills of the Catskills in Earlton, New York, is a home away from home for passionate staff and returning campers to renew their forever friendships and revisit the lifelong memories made here.

With Day Camps@The J’s unique environment, our campers learn life skills while playing sports, creating art projects and testing the limits on our adventure course. Our camp experience is the perfect place for campers young and old to learn social skills and emotional intelligence, helping campers develop into adults who succeed in life.

Day Camps@The J’s Hand in Hand program supports children of all abilities in a typical camp setting. With the help of trained counselors, campers build positive relationships, develop social skills, and communicate with peers in a supportive and inclusive environment. The Jack and Pat Kay Centre Camp, the largest Jewish Day Camp in the GTA, has been providing campers and staff with memorable summer experiences for over 31 years.
