Camp Chaverim

At Camp Chaverim, we work very hard to appreciate one another. We have a zero-tolerance bullying policy. The Ahavas Yisroel here is real- it is what makes Camp Chaverim so special. Boys choose Chaverim specifically because we offer a broad range of fun and engaging activities for all ages and interests. Chaverim counselors are carefully selected Beis Medrash Bochurim who exhibit exceptional middos, a whole lot of energy, and a real understanding of how to work with kids. Boys grow tremendously in their Limud Hatorah at Camp Chaverim because of our engaging morning iyun seder, our afternoon Hands on Halachah program, and our spectacular “after hours” optional incentive learning program called Vesen Chelkainu.

Tranquillity Camp

Tranquillity Camp

Tranquillity Camp has been a summer home for children ages 7 to 16 since 1919. Lifelong friendships develop while children enjoy fun in the sun all summer long on our 1,200 acre sleepaway camp. Tranquillity invites campers to participate in athletics, theater, nature, art and other summertime adventures in a safe and nurturing environment.

Over the years, Tranquillity has grown from its simple roots as a single farmhouse located on several acres of land, to an expansive campus with fully-modernized houses, a beautiful dining room, two swimming pools, a large multi-purpose Sports Center, a modern theater and an air-conditioned infirmary.

The majority of our children come from the tri-state area and as far away as Florida, Georgia and California. Relationships made at Tranquillity become lifelong friendships as evidenced by our robust Alumni organization.

Camp Emunah Bnos Yaakov Yehuda

Camp Emunah Bnos Yaakov Yehuda

Camp Emunah was established in 1953, with a special blessing from our Rebbe to Rabbi Yaakov Yehuda OB”M, along with his wife Rebbitzen Chave Hecht who has been serving as its director since its inception. Rabbi JJ Hecht was the first to open a girl’s overnight camp in the world of Lubavitch. The camp has been conducted on the teachings and guidance of the Rebbe since it was founded. The same grounds are still being used today and constantly being updated to fit the needs of its staff and campers. Camp Emunah quickly became one of the largest and greatest of its kind. They accepted tens of thousands of Jewish girls from all different Jewish backgrounds. They established an open door policy where everyone feels accepted.
