Akiba Resident Camp
Camp Akiba Resident Camp was founded in 1965 and is the Resident Camp of Temple Akiba in Culver City. Although we do not own a camp site, we have made many camps in Southern California our home. We currently hold our Resident Camp at Indian Hills Camp in San Diego County, with bus transportation from Culver City.
We pride ourselves on our creative programming, our inclusivity, and on our ability to foster very close relationships over our short 2 week program. Almost all of our counselors went to Camp Akiba and were trained within our hands-on 2 year counselor-in-training program.
At Camp Akiba, we love to exhibit spirit through dance, song and games. Our campers also get the chance to experience Reform Judaism in their own way through our creative Shabbat services.

BB Day Camp Portland
From Portland to Lincoln City, and beyond, we welcome all, ensuring all campers have a place to call home for the summer. For many of our campers, this is a first introduction to the BB Camp experience, but on their home turf! We set out each summer to deliver an epic experience, rooted in Jewish values, in each day camp city.
At BB Day Camp we aim to ensure every child feels seen, heard, safe, and more confident than when they arrived for the day. BB Day Camp is full of activities that foster personal interests and provide an opportunity to learn new skills, take risks, and bond with new friends. We also make sure plenty of opportunities exist for choice and structure free-play. But just as important, we ensure enriching experiences and Jewish Joy for different ages, abilities, backgrounds, denominations, affiliations, and those from interfaith families.
Every week of BB Day Camp is different and exciting, and camp activities span the gamut, from arts and crafts, sports and games, water play, cooking and baking, Hebrew, Jewish enrichment, nature, science, and dance. Additional weekly programs vary by location but may include field trips, special guests, and swimming. A magical end to each week is Shabbat. Campers get the opportunity to reflect on the week, bake their own challah, and celebrate with their friends.
