JCC’s Camp Centerland at the Irving M. Shuman Campgrounds
Camp Centerland’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that teaching and demonstrating the Jewish values of Chesed (kindness), Kehillah (community) and Tikkun Olam (healing the world) is as important as splashing in the swimming pool, enjoying a popsicle on Wednesday, or singing favorite camp songs. Limud is the Hebrew word for learning, which is at the heart of everything we do. Limud (learning) is the foundation of our diverse camp community and it enables everyone to gain a deeper sense of identity and belonging.

B’nai B’rith Camp
B’nai B’rith Camp (lovingly known as “BB Camp”) is a rite of passage for thousands of kids, their parents, their grandparents… and yes, even their GREAT grandparents for over 100 years. Generation after generation has loved and longed to return to this ultra-inclusive sanctuary on the stunning Oregon coast.
On any given day, you’ll find kids and teens boating on Devil’s Lake, challenging themselves on the ropes course, ziplining through the field, or participating in performing arts, crafts, and nature. BB Camp is bursting with activities from the active to the serene, and we always end the week celebrating Shabbat as a camp community.
BB Camp is proud to be a boundless Kehila (community) of different ages, denominations, backgrounds, languages, and abilities. No matter where you come from or what your background may be, you’ll find a place to belong at BB Camp.

Camp Tawonga
We believe that a loving, inclusive Jewish community gives children a chance to gain self-confidence, explore their spirituality and discover the truest versions of themselves.
The result? More compassion, acceptance of others and a desire to repair our world that’s our mission.
Since 1925, Tawonga’s four-part mission has fostered high self-estem, enduring community, tikkun olam and positive Jewish identity. Our mission guides everything we do from the programs we facilitate to the way we lead campers, train staff and champion inclusion.
