Scholarships are available to residents of the area served by the Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York which includes Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga and Glens Falls. These scholarships are given based on financial need.

Each child of a member(s) in good standing of the Jewish Federation of Central Alabama shall be eligible for financial assistance to offset the registration fee to attend an overnight Jewish Youth camp. Each camper shall be eligible for up to $500 to attend a 4 week session or $250 to attend a two-week session. Priority will be given to first time campers. All funding will be contingent upon availability of funds and budgetary constraints of any given year.  All financial awards are at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Central Alabama.

Applicants must be members of a synagogue or attend the Tucson Hebrew Academy. This scholarship is open to all students currently attending religious school programs in Tucson or the Tucson Hebrew Academy. Other financial sources (i.e. synagogue, camp, school) must be sought as well.

Camp scholarships are for Houston Children ages 7-16 who attend an overnight Jewish –content summer camp for at least one week.  All scholarships are need based.

Applicants must be members of the Jewish Federation of Greater Orange County (NY) with a minimum gift of $36.

The goal of the Jewish Federation scholarship program is to provide assistance to families whose circumstances require it.  Our scholarship procedure helps ensure fairness and confidentiality for all applicants.

For financially needy young people living in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties, NJ.  Applications are downloadable from the DJE website.  Applicants must complete application and submit two years of complete tax returns.  All submissions are reviewed confidentially.

Jewish Family Services offers needs based scholarships to families in the Greensboro area for camps approved by the One Happy Camper Foundation.

Studies have shown that Jewish camping is a powerful way to build strong Jewish identity and commitment in young people. Thanks to the generosity of the Annual Campaign, the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley is offering needs-based scholarships for Jewish resident summer camps such as Ramah, Pinemere, Harlam, Galil, Young Judea and Moshava.
