As I celebrate becoming a Bar Mitzvah, I want to support something that means so much to me: helping more kids experience the magic of Jewish camp. 

I go to Camp Chi, and camp has given me friendships, confidence, independence, and so many incredible memories. It’s a place where I can be fully myself, try new things, and feel connected to a strong Jewish community. I want as many kids as possible to have the chance to experience the same joy and belonging that camp has given me. 

Jewish camp is more than just a summer experience. It’s where lifelong friendships are formed, traditions come alive, and campers grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves. Whether it’s singing on Shabbat, participating in activities with friends, or learning new skills, camp creates experiences that stay with us long after summer ends. 

Thank you for helping me celebrate this important milestone by supporting the life-changing impact of Jewish camp. 

Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC) grows, supports, and strengthens the Jewish camp movement, enabling camps to deliver exceptional experiences for campers, staff, families, and communities. FJC scales programs and resources to support more than 300 Jewish day and overnight camps across North America, reaching nearly 200,000 youth, teens, and young adults each summer. This includes helping families find the right camp and providing financial support for first-time campers through the One Happy Camper® program.
