For those attending the full program, Sunday will include snacks and Monday will include a light breakfast, lunch, and snacks. All food will be catered by kosher providers within New York City.

The program will take place both days at Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, 334 Amsterdam Ave at 76th Street in New York City. The closest subway lines are the 1, 2, or 3 trains.

We encourage using public transit whenever possible, accessible from Port Authority Bus Terminal and New York Penn Station for Amtrak and LIRR (a quick transfer from MetroNorth at Grand Central Terminal).

For those organizing their own flights – we suggest EWR, LGA, or JFK airports.

Joining from out of town? Some participants will be staying at the Belleclaire Hotel on Broadway at West 77th Street in Manhattan, NYC.

For general participants, there is currently no negotiated room block. For Yedid Nefesh grantee camp representatives, please see the Travel Policy you received via email or within the registration form.

*For camps who receive the Yedid Nefesh grant, registration fees are covered for one representative as part of the Community of Practice (ideally your mental health professional).

Elevators and stairs are planned to be available for the duration of the program which will take place across multiple floors. As a sponsor or partner, your organization will be listed on the conference website and receive verbal and written recognition on-site during the conference.

Sponsors can contribute a session (limited – pending space and content approval) and/or distribute organizational materials.

Partners are integral in helping spread the word and promote this learning and networking opportunity to a wide cross-section of professionals serving youth in the Jewish community. You’ll regularly share and include information about the conference to your community or through your organization’s communication channels (email newsletters, social media, online calendar, etc.) once signed on until the event.

Over the course of the conference, social workers may be eligible for up to 5 hours of Continuing Education via the New York State Education Department, Office of Professions through the approved provider United Jewish Appeal -Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, Inc. (SW-0289).
To obtain the maximum amount, participants must attend 3 eligible workshop sessions, the Sunday panel, and the Monday keynote speaker and complete both the attendance form during the event and post-event CE survey after the event.
