Southeast Jewish Overnight Camp Gathering

02/26/26 - 02/26/26

Register by February 5, 2026

FJC invites Southeast Overnight Camp Professionals to our 2026 Southeast Regional Gathering, happening on Thursday, February 26th, 2026 in Atlanta, GA! This day-long program is designed to bring together the region’s overnight camp professionals for a day of learning, community-building, and professional growth. Some highlights of our time together will include:

  • Networking: This gathering will give folks the chance to network and connect with other Southeast Jewish Camp Professionals. Professionals who are newer to the field can learn from and connect with field veterans, and those who have been in the field for decades can hear fresh perspectives and ideas from new faces and voices.
  • Marketing Content: Learn from Josh Kroo, Vice President of Marketing, North America Sparkling Flavors Brands at Coca-Cola. Josh brings years of marketing and branding experience and will share about how some of those same principles used in the corporate world can apply to marketing at camp.
  • Sessions on Care & Community at Camp: Together with facilitators and artists Caroline Rothstein and Carlos Andrés Gómez, participants will engage in workshops on: developing a clear understanding of their camp’s story; building tangible tools and skills for having difficult conversations at camp; cultivating a culture of wellness and belonging at camp; and allowing the byproducts of these skillsets to serve as a springboard for building sustainable staff retention.
