Skills Training at Camp – Goal Setting for a Successful Day of Work: Maximize Success, Minimize Conflict (with Elana Naftalin-Kelman)
Foundation for Jewish Camp is excited to present the 2026 Disabilities Inclusion Training Series for seasonal staff. Seasonal staff who work with or are interested in supporting campers and staff with disabilities are invited to participate in this multi-part series, which includes a financial incentive and will run from April-May.
Goal Setting for a Successful Day of Work: Maximize Success, Minimize ConflictA productive day doesn’t happen by accident — it starts with a plan. In this session, we’ll explore why goal setting is one of the most powerful tools in any skills training program, and how intentional goal tracking can transform the day-to-day experience at summer camp for both staff and campers alike. Together, we’ll practice crafting meaningful, achievable goals, develop strategies to track progress in real time, and, just as importantly, build in moments to celebrate wins along the way.
Please register for trainings by April 15th, 2026 11:59am ET.
