Camper Care Team Member

Eden Village Camp

Description

Position Overview:
Our Camper Care Team Members support the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of campers at
Eden Village. Partnering with Unit Heads, counselors, and other staff members, Lev Squad members
implement support plans for campers coming to Eden Village with known needs, assist in establishing
positive group dynamics and navigating social concerns in each bunk, address behavioral concerns
and issues that occur during the summer, and coordinate with campers’ parents and outside support
systems. Most importantly, they work directly with campers to form meaningful supportive
relationships and provide a little extra adult TLC. Each Camper Care Team Member is key to enabling
campers to have a healthy, happy, and successful experience at Eden Village!
Eden Village camp is a non-profit overnight camp rooted in the Jewish vision of creating a more
environmentally sustainable, socially just, and spiritually connected world. We’re dedicated to

vibrant future for themselves, their communities, and the planet. Learn more here!

● You get to hang out with goats!
● We have staff fun activities in the evenings and staff-only swim a few times a week.
● You’ll inspire kids to be more playful, kind, caring, joyful, and grateful – changing their lives and changing the world!
