Description
OSRUI is seeking specialists in the areas of nature, drama, and music. They will work in conjunction with the programs of each camper unit. College-aged specialists generally sleep in a bunk with campers and are expected to split their time between their specialty and being with the campers in their eidah (unit). Specialists with professional experience live in staff housing.

Requirements
• Skill and ability in working with children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with campers and fellow staff
• Ability to serve as a role model for all campers
• Ability to accept guidance and support
• A willingness and ability to ask for help
• Training and experience commensurate with needs of specialty position
• When required, hold relevant certifications in activity area
• Strong enthusiasm for and broad-based knowledge of the specialty
• Ability to follow defined teaching requirements, developing own methods of presentation to campers
