Camp is about fun, friends and new experiences. Fun begins with an exciting thematic program that features outdoor activities, sports and games, performing arts and drama, instructional and recreational swim, arts and crafts, music, nature, Israeli culture and Jewish life. JCC Day Camps powered by Tamarack offers traditional and specialty camp programming for children ages Kindergarten-11th grade. Located on over 250 beautiful wooded acres in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Free chaperoned bus transportation from many different Oakland County stops! Dedicated trained staff and instructional swim make JCC Day Camps powered by Tamarack the premier place for the summer. Specialty Camps include Cooking, Creativity, Art, Sports, and Adventure. American Camp Association accredited.

Our camp is situated at the lush Henry Kaufmann campgrounds in Staten Island’s Greenbelt, features 100 country like wooded acres, two lakes, boating ponds, ball fields, hiking trails, an outdoor amphitheater and 3 Olympic sized swimming pools.

Children participate in a full array of sports and cultural activities including instructional swim. The program also includes spectacular shows, and special events. The Jewish character of the camp is one of its most outstanding features.

The Camp employs child-friendly, energetic and dedicated staff.

The camp is American Camp Association accredited, and is open to children ages 2-15.

There is a special needs camp division for children with developmental disabilities.

From Portland to Lincoln City, and beyond, we welcome all, ensuring all campers have a place to call home for the summer. For many of our campers, this is a first introduction to the BB Camp experience, but on their home turf! We set out each summer to deliver an epic experience, rooted in Jewish values, in each day camp city.

At BB Day Camp we aim to ensure every child feels seen, heard, safe, and more confident than when they arrived for the day. BB Day Camp is full of activities that foster personal interests and provide an opportunity to learn new skills, take risks, and bond with new friends. We also make sure plenty of opportunities exist for choice and structure free-play. But just as important, we ensure enriching experiences and Jewish Joy for different ages, abilities, backgrounds, denominations, affiliations, and those from interfaith families.​

Every week of BB Day Camp is different and exciting, and camp activities span the gamut, from arts and crafts, sports and games, water play, cooking and baking, Hebrew, Jewish enrichment, nature, science, and dance. Additional weekly programs vary by location but may include field trips, special guests, and swimming. A magical end to each week is Shabbat. Campers get the opportunity to reflect on the week, bake their own challah, and celebrate with their friends.​

Apachi Village Day Camp is big on fun in a nurturing environment where emerging independence is fostered in our youngest campers. Our focus is solely on 2, 3, 4 and 5-year olds and campers are placed in small groups with caring, nurturing counselors. Everything is sized just right for your little one with all age-appropriate activities taking place, and learning to swim is a top priority.

Camp Ga’avah (PRIDE) is a day camp for LGBTQ day camp for ages 6-17. Allies are welcome too. We are a safe space that is open to all including, gender fluid, gender creative and gender questioning. We run as a traditional camp model at the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds in Wheatley Heights, NY. There is swimming, specialties, and discussion groups daily. The staff is sensitive to the needs of LGBTQ youth. We also continue with year round programs virtually and in person.
