Spin It: Creating Cabin Communities

Participants will learn three different aspects of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive cabin communities.  You will learn to recognize and respond to verbal and non-verbal cues that are important in maintaining healthy group dynamics.  You will learn how to cooperatively create a cabin contract that reflects everyone’s needs and builds the expectations of your group.
