

Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification (online)
Are your staff prepared to understand and support adolescents (aged 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis? YMHFA training introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and shares a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. Certification lasts 3 years!
These courses are open for year-round professionals and seasonal staff through a partnership with BeWell and supported by Yedid Nefesh.
Participants must be 18+. The certificate is only valid in the US and each participant must have a US address to enter into the system (this may be a camp/organization address).
Cost: $18 per person (value: $55+)
Dates: May 14, May 20, May 29, June 4, and June 8.
All dates run 12-5pm ET with 2 hours of asynchronous/self-paced pre-work in advance.
